This Privacy Policy describes how CODEXBİZ YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("CODEXBIZ", "we", "us", "our") processes personal information in connection with Musyx AI (the "Service"), including when you visit our website, create an account, generate content using AI features, subscribe to paid plans, or contact support.

4) Information We Receive and Generate

The categories of personal information we may process depend on how you use the Service. We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use the Service, and as a result of your activity (for example, generated content).

A. Information you provide

  • Account details: email address, name (if provided), and profile information.
  • Authentication data: identifiers from sign-in methods (including social login such as Google or Apple) as supported by our authentication provider.
  • Support messages: what you send us (including attachments) when requesting help.

B. Content you create or upload

Please avoid including sensitive information (for example, health data, government IDs, or payment card details) in prompts or uploads. If you include it, you understand it may be processed to provide the Service.

  • Prompts and inputs: text prompts, instructions, and other inputs you submit to AI tools.
  • Generated outputs: lyrics, music, audio files, images, and other outputs created by the Service.
  • Library activity: saved items, likes, collections, and related actions.

C. Subscription and transaction information

If you purchase a subscription, payment processing is handled by our payment provider (Paddle). We may receive records such as your subscription status, plan name/ID, country/currency, and transaction identifiers. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

D. Data collected automatically

  • Device and log data: IP address, device type, browser type, operating system, timestamps, pages viewed, and error diagnostics.
  • Approximate location: inferred from IP address (for example, country/region).

5) How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Provide the Service: create and manage accounts, deliver features, and fulfill your requests.
  • Enable AI features: process your inputs to generate outputs (for example, music and lyrics) and return results.
  • Subscriptions and billing: handle plan selection, checkout, receipts, and subscription status.
  • Support and communication: respond to requests, send service messages, and notify you about policy or product changes.
  • Safety and security: prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and protect users and our systems.
  • Analytics (where permitted): understand performance and improve reliability, including through analytics tools when you consent.
  • Legal compliance: comply with lawful requests and applicable obligations.

6) Legal Grounds (EEA/UK/Similar Laws)

Where required by law (for example under GDPR/UK GDPR), we rely on one or more of these legal bases: performing a contract (providing the Service you request), legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Service), consent (for example, optional analytics cookies), and compliance with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time by updating your cookie preferences or contacting us.

7) When We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed to operate the Service, including with:

  • Authentication: Supabase (account and session management, including social sign-in).
  • Payments: Paddle (subscription checkout and payment processing).
  • AI and generative media providers: third-party services that help us generate music and other outputs from your inputs. For music generation, this may include Google GenAI Lyria RealTime (model: "lyria-realtime-exp"), fal.ai (models: "fal-ai/lyria2" and "fal-ai/minimax-music"), and Suno (for example, model: "V4_5ALL" and other supported Suno versions). These providers process the inputs you submit and return outputs so we can deliver the feature.
  • Analytics and tags (with consent): tools such as Firebase Analytics and Google Tag Manager when you enable statistics cookies.
  • Infrastructure and hosting: providers that help us run the website and store content (for example, cloud storage and content delivery).
  • Legal and safety: when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and prevent misuse.
  • Business changes: in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset sale (subject to appropriate safeguards).

8) Cookies, Consent, and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Service functional, remember preferences, and (if you choose) measure performance.

  • Necessary cookies: required for core site functionality and security.
  • Statistics cookies (optional): used for analytics (for example, Firebase Analytics / tag management) when you consent.

You can manage cookie choices using the cookie banner/settings on the site, and you can also control cookies via your browser settings (which may impact how the Service works).

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards designed to protect personal information during cross-border transfers.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when the latest changes took effect. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Service.
