1) About these Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Musyx AI website(s), applications, and related features (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by CODEXBİZ YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("CODEXBIZ", "we", "us", "our").
If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms and that you agree to these Terms on its behalf.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service. Your continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

2) Overview of the Service
The Service allows you to submit prompts and other inputs and to receive generated outputs, which may include music, vocals, lyrics, audio files, and related metadata ("Generated Content").
Because the Service uses machine learning and third-party model providers, Generated Content may be unexpected, inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to content generated for other users.
We do not guarantee that Generated Content is unique, that it will be legally safe to use in every situation, or that it will not resemble third-party works. You are responsible for how you use Generated Content and for verifying that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
3) Who may use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. If you are under 18, you may not use the Service.
4) Accounts and access
You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Do not share your credentials or allow others to access your account.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5) Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
5.1. Pricing
Current pricing for all Service plans is displayed on our dedicated pricing page. We maintain the right to adjust our pricing structure at our discretion. If you are an active subscriber at the time of a price change, we commit to providing you with a minimum of thirty (30) days advance notice before the new pricing takes effect. Should you continue using the Service after the new pricing becomes active, this continuation will be interpreted as your acceptance of the updated pricing and your agreement to pay the revised amount.
5.2. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Our Service operates on a subscription model, meaning you purchase access for a defined period (typically monthly or annually) rather than a one-time payment. Your subscription will be charged upfront at the beginning of each billing period. Unless you take action to cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account management settings or by reaching out to our customer support team at support@codexbiz.com.
5.3. Taxes
We are responsible for determining which taxes apply to your purchase based on your geographic location and for ensuring those taxes are properly calculated, collected, and remitted to the appropriate tax authorities. When you reach the final checkout screen, the total price shown will already include all applicable taxes, so the amount displayed is the final amount you will be charged.
5.4. Refund Policy
We offer a minimum 14-day refund window with no exceptions or conditions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the transaction. After this 14-day window, refunds are provided at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. We will refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.
5.5. Chargebacks
We encourage open communication and are committed to resolving any billing concerns you may have. If you encounter an issue with a charge or have questions about your billing, please reach out to us directly at support@codexbiz.com before taking any other action. We will work with you to address the matter promptly. Please be aware that filing a chargeback with your payment provider for a legitimate charge constitutes a breach of these Terms of Use and may lead to immediate account suspension or permanent termination of your account without further notice.
6) Your content and generated content
When you use the Service, you may submit text, lyrics, images, or audio as inputs ("Input"). Based on your Input, the Service may produce Generated Content (for example, audio, lyrics, or other outputs).
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your Input and to allow the Service to process it. Do not submit Input that infringes others' rights or violates the law.
You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your Input and Generated Content as needed to provide and improve the Service, troubleshoot issues, and enforce these Terms.
7) License, sharing, and permitted use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.
Your ability to download or commercially use Generated Content may depend on your plan. Free plans may restrict downloads, and paid plans may include additional usage rights (such as a commercial license) as described in plan details.
You are responsible for how you share or publish Generated Content, including ensuring you have the rights to use any included lyrics, voice likenesses, images, or other protected elements.
8) Prohibited activities
You agree not to do any of the following:
- Use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
- Generate, upload, or share content that violates others' rights.
- Attempt to bypass safety controls, rate limits, paywalls, or access restrictions.
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the Service without our written permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, prompts, model weights, or underlying algorithms.
- Interfere with the Service, including by introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access.
9) Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers for authentication, payments, analytics (when enabled), and AI/media generation. Your use of those third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
10) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, if we must do so to comply with law, or to protect the Service and other users. Termination may result in loss of access to your account and content, subject to applicable law.
11) Disclaimers
The Service and Generated Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Generated Content is for creative and entertainment purposes. You should not rely on the Service for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
12) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CODEXBIZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
13) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CODEXBIZ from and against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Input, your use of Generated Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
